Six rejects

A network reviewer will bounce a profile for these. Check them before you upload. This is not a 70-document menu and not a certificate.

1. Expired cert

   Pass: insurance, training cards, and licenses the network asked for are current and uploaded.

   Fail: policy lapsed, OSHA card expired, cert sitting in email.

2. Missing program

   Pass: every program the MSQ / trade / hiring client flagged exists as a signed document.

   Fail: they asked for silica or LOTO and the folder is empty.

3. Blank stats

   Pass: EMR, TRIR, DART, and hours are entered for the years they asked.

   Fail: fields empty, “I’ll get it from the agent,” last year blank.

4. Generic PDF

   Pass: programs name your trade, your work, your people.

   Fail: “ABC Contractor” still in the header, or someone else’s logo on a stock file.

5. Open findings

   Pass: last review’s RAVS / Avetta / Veriforce findings are closed.

   Fail: red items from last year still open.

6. Wrong named person

   Pass: a real human is the account admin and the program owner. They answer the reviewer’s mail.

   Fail: blank, a dead email, or “Safety Director” with nobody behind it.

If two or more are open, you are not ready to submit. That is the Get Approved work.
