Being straight with you about what this is
This is a template library, not legal advice, and buying it does not make you compliant. A written program only passes prequalification if it is actually implemented. That means using the forms, running the inspections, holding the meetings, keeping the records, entering your injury statistics, and getting executive sign-off.
It also means checking your own jurisdiction. Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon and other state plan states can be stricter than federal OSHA on heat, written programs, and reporting. The library flags where that applies, but you have to confirm against your state and your hiring client’s specific checklist.
